1. Mix one part mask with two parts water, herbal tea, or milk. (Refer to liquid temperature guide to customize for skin type) 
2. Gently stir mixture into a jelly-like consistency, being careful not to tear the mucous membrane. 
3. Stretch over the entire face, including the eyes, leaving space for nostrils. 
4. Leave on for 20-25 minutes. The mask will not harden. 
5. Lift off and cleanse with water only. Apply toner, moisturizer and sun block.
