1. Place the mask on a thoroughly cleansed face.
2. Leave on for 15-20 minutes then remove the mask and discard. 
3. Massage the remaining essence from the pack over the face and neck area and allow it to dry. 
4. Finish with a toner and moisturizer.
5. Mask up 2-3 times a week to maintain optimal results.
